This product is a nonionic surfactant that can be used in cleaners and detergents, metalworking fluids, agrochemicals, paper and textile processing and paints and coatings. Tergitol NP-9 is soluble in water, chlorinated solvents and most polar solvents. It is chemically stable in the presence of dilute acids, bases and salts. It is also compatible with soaps, anionic and other nonionic surfactants, and many organic solvents.It's uses include cleaning product formulations, paints and coatings, emulsion polymerization and anywhere there is a need for increased surface activity. It's benefits include delivering a combination of economy and performance. It has excellent detergency and wetting and has good solubilization and emulsification.
