RCL4 Titanium Dioxide is a neutral tone, chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed for optimal dispersion and processing performance in plastics. The unique hydrophobic organic treatment yields an easy-dispersing pigment in virtually all plastics resin systems, and inhibits the yellowing effects that can occur during polyolefin processing.
