Kathon® CG ICP II is a highly effective, broad-spectrum antimicrobial preservative used in household, industrial, and personal care formulations. It contains a synergistic blend of methylchloroisothiazolinone (CMIT) and methylisothiazolinone (MIT), delivering excellent protection against bacteria, yeast, and mold at low use levels. The product offers strong compatibility with surfactants and emulsifiers across a wide pH range while remaining environmentally acceptable due to its rapid biodegradability. It is supplied as an aqueous solution, making it easy to incorporate into a variety of formulations.
