The Syensqo Rhodasurf® series introduces a line of APEO-Free ethoxylates, engineered to enhance the stability of a multitude of polymer systems, with recommended usage levels ranging from 0.5-3.0% relative to total monomers.
These products, particularly those within the low to mid-range of ethoxylation, double as efficient wetting agents. Designed to bolster the performance stability of waterborne coatings, Rhodasurf® nonionics can be seamlessly integrated into a diverse array of applications including paints, coatings, adhesives, paper, and textiles.
These nonionic surfactants can be added during the polymerization process or as post-additive enhancements to boost mechanical, freeze-thaw, and chemical stabilities, as well as improving the stability of pre-monomer emulsions.
Rhodasurf® nonionics stand out for their efficacy and efficiency across various applications, delivering notable improvements in stability (mechanical, chemical, freeze-thaw, and pre-monomer emulsion), wetting of pigments and substrates, color acceptance, and reduced water sensitivity and foaming tendencies compared to anionic alternatives.
