Dioctyl Terephthalate (DOTP) is an excellent general purpose non-orthophtalate plasticizer that can be used in a wide range of applications as an alternative to ortho-phthalates. It is primarily used to plasticize vinyl resin and is compatible with with both homopolymer and copolymer vinyl resins.
