Dowsil 1248 Fluid is a 100% actives, Silicone Polyether fluid. This silicone surfactant is useful in leather/coating systems. Modifies polyurethane coatings to impart flexibility, lubricity and water repellency. It has end uses in Hair Care, Skin Care, and Color Cosmetics.
