DOWSIL™ 969 Emulsion is an amine-functional silicone polymer in aqueous emulsion. It is easy to formulate into hair treatment products, dilutable in water, provides slipperiness on wet hair, preserves hair resistance to breakage, and leads to more aligned hair after blow drying. It also offers superior conditioning in dry and wet hair, reduces the number of iron passes to optimum straightening, and enables straightened hair to maintain its styling. This product is recommended for rinse-off and leave-in conditioners, shampoos, hair colorants, hair perms, and other hair styling products.
