DOWSIL™ CE-8170 AF Microemulsion is a very fine particle size emulsion (i.e., 'micro') of a
high molecular weight amino functional silicone polymer.
DOWSIL™ CE-8170 AF Microemulsion provides excellent conditioning performance in a
wide range of hair care applications including shampoos, rinse-off and leave-in conditioners
and styling products. It provides improved combing and enhanced hair shine.
