Isopar™ L Fluid is a colorless, odorless liquid solvent that is used in paints and coatings, consumer products, printing inks, and agricultural chemical applications. It is characterized as a synthetic isoparaffinic hydrocarbon solvent produced from petroleum-based raw materials which are treated with hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst to produce a product that contains very low levels of aromatic hydrocarbons and is essentially odorless and colorless. Isopar™ L is also recognized as a cost-efficient emollient and silicone alternative.
