Isopropanol dissolves a wide range of non-polar compounds and evaporates quickly leaving nearly zero oil traces compared to ethanol, and is relatively non-toxic compared to alternative solvents. This pharamceutical grade Isopropanol has a variety of applications including drug manufacturing, medical wipes, cosmetic use and personal care products. Its purity is slightly higher than that of the industrial grade and is therefore also used for most laboratory purposes.
