AMP-ULTRA PC 2000 neutralizer is high purity AMP which contains 5% water for a wide variety of personal care and cosmetic products. For hair colorants, AMP ULTRA PC is a mild alkalinizing agent with low odor, helping to produce natural-looking colour while reducing damage. For hair sprays, gels and mousses, it offers superior high-humidity curl retention, the right balance of flexibility and hold, and its clear appearance is ideal for hair gels. It has a reduced tacky polymer buildup without flaky residue, excellent washability and outstanding in-can corrosion resistance. It is also ideal for use in hand sanitizers as it offers both neutralization and solubilization even at high ethanol content helping to prolong product shelf life.
