DOWSIL Z-6689 Water Repellent is a silane/siloxane concentrate that is dilutable in organic solvents to formulate a water repellent. It is primarily formulated for use on neutral and alkaline mineral substrates that require water repellency such as brick, sandstone, concrete and mortar. DOWSIL Z-6689 Water Repellent offers excellent performance at low active solids levels, in range of 5–10 percent on both neutral and alkaline substrates. Water vapor permeable but resistant to liquid water.
