Butyl Glycol Acetate 190kg
Butyl Glycol Acetate is a clear, colourless to pale yellow liquid with a mild and pleasant ester odour. It is only sparingly soluble in water but is miscible with many common organic solvents including alcohols, ketones, aldehydes and ethers. Butyl Glycol Acetate has a variety of uses, but is most commonly used within the coatings industry where it improves the gloss and flow of coatings that are baked at temperatures of 150-200°C. The slow evaporation rate of Butyl Glycol Acetate also makes it ideal for use in specialty printing inks such as flexographic, gravure, and screen-printing inks.
