PATcat7001 is a nickel-based complex designed as a controlled/delayed action catalyst, ideal for a variety of PU elastomeric applications. This includes microcellular foam systems, mechanically froth foam systems, and other applications requiring a delayed front-end reaction with an efficient cure. PATcat7001 notably enhances demoulding processes, offering a low-toxicity alternative to traditional tin and mercury catalysts. Its formulation ensures a snap cure at temperatures close to 68°C, exhibits good hydrolytic stability, and has a very low gassing tendency, making it a superior choice for manufacturers seeking efficient and environmentally safer catalyst options.
