RHODOLINE® 4170 is a very effective APE-free nonionic wetting and dispersing agent for use in waterborne paint formulations. It is excellent in dispersing inorganic pigments like iron oxide. In waterborne coatings it exhibits improved film properties including gloss, color acceptance and adhesion.
