Gleam™ Power 100 L is an enzyme solution from Novonesis designed to maximize performance for your Clean-in-Place needs. Gleam™ enzymes have been carefully evaluated and selected based on their ability to provide a deeper and more thorough clean as compared to alkaline and/ or acidic chemicals alone. Gleam™ Power 100 L is a protease specifically designed for CIP (Clean in Place) applications. It is recommended for use in dairy and brewing cleaning applications, where it targets and degrades proteinaceous soils. This enzyme is non-Boron stabilized, making it safe for use in food and beverage industries. It is compatible with high temperatures (up to 90°C) and high pH levels (up to 12). Additionally, Gleam™ Power 100 L maintains its performance in the presence of residual caustic chemistries and is chelator-compatible. It may offer increased performance in reuse systems, making it a versatile and efficient cleaning solution.
