Gleam™ Nexus 100 L is an enzyme solution from Novonesis designed to maximize performance for your Clean-in-Place needs. Gleam™ enzymes have been carefully evaluated and selected based on their ability to provide a deeper and more thorough clean as compared to alkaline and/ or acidic chemicals alone. Gleam™ Nexus 100 L contains a Nuclease, designed for use in Dairy CIP/membrane cleaning applications. It degrades extracellular DNA (eDNA) that acts as an adhesive and attracts organic soils. This enzyme offers superior cleaning performance on complex organic soils, resulting in exceptional soil removal that enables more efficient sanitization or disinfection steps. Its use improves water permeability to maintain a consistent production rate and extends membrane lifespan.
