Gleam™ Core 100 L is an enzyme solution from Novonesis designed to maximize performance for your Clean-in-Place needs. Gleam™ enzymes have been carefully evaluated and selected based on their ability to provide a deeper and more thorough clean as compared to alkaline and/ or acidic chemicals alone. Gleam™ Core 100 L is a cellulase product designed for use in brewing, wineries, and bioenergy CIP. It targets and degrades cellulosic soils that act as adhesives, trapping other organic residues. The product contains a broad-spectrum cellulase that is more aggressive than traditional cleaning cellulases, making it effective in removing tough industrial-based cellulosic soils.
