Gleam™ Xcel 100 L is an enzyme solution from Novonesis designed to maximize performance for your Clean-in-Place needs. Gleam™ enzymes have been carefully evaluated and selected based on their ability to provide a deeper and more thorough clean as compared to alkaline and/ or acidic chemicals alone. Gleam™ Xcel 100 L contains cellulase and Xylanase and improves cleaning of complex soils by targeting and breaking down a variety of organic components. It provides exceptional soil removal enabling more efficient sanitization or desinfection steps and i mproves water permeability to maintain consistent production rates. Gleam™ Xcel 100 L extends membrane lifespan.
