Gleam™ Total 100 L is an enzyme blend specifically designed for use in brewing, wineries, and bioenergy CIP/membrane cleaning. It contains protease, amylase, mannanase, lipase, pectate lyase, and cellulase enzymes. This blend improves the cleaning of complex soils by targeting and breaking down a variety of organic components, including complex dairy soils that are resistant to traditional cleaning methods. Its exceptional soil removal capabilities enable more efficient sanitization or disinfection steps, as well as improve water permeability to maintain consistent production rates. Additionally, Gleam™ Total 100 L extends membrane lifespan, making it an essential product for maintaining optimal cleaning and production efficiency.
