Gleam™ Protect 100 L is an enzyme solution from Novonesis designed to maximize performance for your Clean-in-Place needs. Gleam™ enzymes have been carefully evaluated and selected based on their ability to provide a deeper and more thorough clean as compared to alkaline and/ or acidic chemicals alone. Gleam™ Protect 100 L is a protease enzyme designed for CIP applications. It is recommended for use in dairy and brewing cleaning applications. This enzyme targets and degrades proteinaceous soils and is non-Boron stabilized. The product is effective in breaking down tough residues for a thorough clean.
