Blaze® Evity® 250 T
Blaze® Evity® 250 T is a concentrated granulated Protease enzyme product from Novonesis, designed for auto dishwash applications (ADW). This very stable enzyme effectively removes heavy protein-based soils such as egg yolk and minced meat, at low temperatures (as low as 40°C), allowing a formulator to achieve performance in phosphate-free detergents. Use in combination with an amylase for synergistic effect.
