3-AMINO 1-PROPANOL is a clear, colorless to yellow liquid at room temperature with an amine-like odor finding uses as a pH modifier, co-reactant, dispersing aide and emulsion film-forming aide. It is miscible with water, alcohol, ether, acetone, and chloroform. It is hygroscopic and incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.
