Addibond® 021
Addibond™ 800, a vinyl phosphonic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, is tailored for the passivation of Zn-coated steel, enhancing bare corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It is also recommended for the conversion of cold-rolled steel prior to painting, improving wet paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. Addibond™ 800's compatibility with various acidic formulations and its low phosphorus level make it a versatile additive for trivalent chromium-based passivation technologies and hexafluoride-based conversion technologies.
