DOWSIL™ 9011 Silicone Elastomer Blend
DOWSIL™ 9011 Silicone Elastomer Blend is a 13% dispersion of high molecular-weight silicone elastomer substituted with polyether in XIAMETER® PMX-0245 Cyclopentasiloxane. It is a proprietary material designed specifically to prepare water-in- silicone emulsions and multiple emulsions (i.e. water-in-silicone in water), with improved aesthetics.
