DOWSIL™ CE-1788 POE
DOWSIL CE-1788 POE Emulsion is a 50% anionic emulsion of a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane. The superior dry/wet combing benefits of DOWSIL CE-1788 POE Emulsion have been demonstrated in a shampoo formulation. When added to a shampoo formulation, DOWSIL CE-1788 POE decreases wet and dry combing work and improves the perception of smoothness on dry hair.
