DOWSIL™ Z-6137 Silane
DOWSIL™ Z-6137 Silane is an aminofunctional silane homopolymer adhesion promoter supplied as a stable aqueous solution with approximately 22% active content. It is designed for use as an additive or primer in waterborne systems to improve bonding between organic binders and inorganic substrates such as glass and mineral surfaces. This low-VOC technology offers excellent storage stability and is particularly effective in epoxy and phenolic systems, while also demonstrating compatibility with polyurethane and acrylic formulations. It is commonly used as a water-based alternative to amino silane coupling agents such as OFS-6020.
