Emulsogen™ COL 100
Emulsogen™ COL 100 is an ether carboxylic acid co-emulsifier designed for emulsifiable metalworking fluid formulations. It delivers excellent emulsification, emulsion stability, and dispersing performance while offering exceptional lime soap dispersing capability in hard water environments. Low use levels of approximately 2-3% in mineral oil concentrates can significantly improve emulsion stability and dispersity. The product is boron-free, free of secondary amines, and suitable for a broad range of semi-synthetic and milky-type metalworking fluids.
