Gleam™ enzymes have been carefully evaluated and selected based on their ability to provide a deeper and more thorough clean as compared to alkaline and/ or acidic chemicals alone. Gleam™ Lucent 100 L contains a Lipase and is recommended for dairy CIP applications. It is specifically designed to target fat-based soils.
