Blaze® Pro 100 L (Kosher/ Halal)
Blaze® Pro 100L is a liquid Protease (Subtilisin) enzyme solution from Novonesis, designed for dishwash applications. It allows for great soil removal in tough conditions (high water, strong chelators) and effectively removes protein-based soils such as egg yolk and minced meat. This product is ideal to boost performance in phosphate-free detergents. It is highly efficient in temperatures as low as 40°C. Use in combination with an amylase for synergistic effect.
