Myvatex™ Emulsifier System Beads are a cream-colored, microbead blend of sodium stearoyl lactylate (E481 / INS 481(i)) and mono- and diglycerides (E471 / INS 471), designed for optimal performance in bakery applications. This kosher-approved product, derived from palm feedstock, is part of our comprehensive Emulsifier portfolio.
