PARSOL® Shield
PARSOL® Shield, with its INCI designation as Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, is a cutting-edge UV filter offering broad-spectrum protection. This light yellow to yellow coarse to fine powder is not only the most efficient in its class but also the first UV filter to be tested according to the FDA's new OTC sunscreen GRASE safety and efficacy guidelines. Anticipated to receive US FDA GRASE approval in late 2025, PARSOL® Shield is set to be the first new UV filter introduced in the U.S. in over two decades. Its compatibility with both organic and inorganic UV filters, alongside its ability to be used across a full range of application forms at low concentrations, makes it a versatile and indispensable ingredient in sun care and beyond.
