Pectinex® Yieldmash Plus is a tailor-made mash enzyme used in both first and second mashing/pomace treatment. It selectively degrades pectin to provide lower mash and juice viscosity.
In first mashing, it substantially increases juice yield in processing of fresh and stored apples. That gives you a better bottom line.
In second mashing/pomace treatment it delivers the highest juice yields. That means you get more value from expensive fruits
