PURASAL® S/HQ60 from Corbion is a high-quality, highly soluble sodium salt of L-lactic acid, produced by fermentation from carbohydrates. This humectant is ideal for boosting the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) by moisturizing the skin and key component of the NMF. It provides basic moisturization – and can replace glycerin thanks to sodium lactate being less tacky.
