Rhodoline® 3100
RHODOLINE® 3100 is an excellent APE and VOC free nonionic wetting & dispersing agent recommended for low to medium HLB organic pigment wetting; carbon black and lamp black pigment wetting; and substrate wetting. Rhodoline 3100 can replace APE with HLB 11-13.
