RHOPLEX™ K-3
RHOPLEX™ K-3 Acrylic Emulsion is characterized by the excellent softness and resilience it imparts to nonwovens. Even with this degree of softness, RHOPLEX K-3 Emulsion is durable to washing and has some durability to dry cleaning. This hydrophobic binder is suitable for both durable and nondurable nonwoven applications on a variety of substrates.
As a self-crosslinking emulsion, RHOPLEX™ K-3 Emulsion does not require the addition of an external crosslinking agent. Where curing capacity is limited, an acid catalyst can be used to accelerate cure.
