Styrene Allyl Alcohol 100 (SAA-100) is a copolymer of styrene and allyl alcohol. It is a hard, low molecular weight, thermoplastic material containing a high percentage of primary hydroxyls and aromatic hydrocarbons. Styrene Allyl Alcohol (SAA-100) copolymers are used in polyester, urethane and alkyd coatings and in architectural coatings, such as acrylics, water-based and radiation-curable coatings.
