PARSOL® Shield is the most efficient and photostable broad-spectrum filter. This filter can be used across a full range of application forms at low concentrations and demonstrates excellent compatibility with both organic and inorganic UV filters and is readily compatible with other PARSOL® UV filters.
The first UV filter to be tested according to the FDA's new OTC sunscreen GRASE safety and efficacy guidelines, with anticipated US FDA GRASE determination in 2025. With FDA approval, PARSOL® Shield will be the first new UV filter in the U.S. in 24 years.
