MCC is a commonly used excipient in the pharmaceutical industry. Recognized for its compression and filling properties, it is used in oral solid dosage forms in both pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications and is a core excipient in direct compression and wet granulation technology, giving product hardness and good disintegration time.

BARETab® PH / LMPH

A high-functional homogenous ready-to-use premix for direct compression processes. Co-processed with microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide (CSD), croscarmellose sodium (CCS), and purified talc.

BARETab® Nutra

A multi-functional excipient ready-to-use premix for direct compression processes that can be used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food formulations. Co-processed with microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium (CCS), and anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide (CSD).

Designed for nutraceutical applications, it offers excellent blending and binding properties for homogenous API distribution and delivers in terms of higher tablet hardness with lesser disintegration time.

BARETab® ODT

BARETab® Lub

A combination of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) and magnesium stearate that improves flowability, compactability, and lubrication for sticky formulations. It promotes high-speed tableting operations and enhances flowability of the material. It can be used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food industries. BARETab^® Lub is developed to assist formulators to achieve more consistent performance and delivery characteristics, while meeting industry challenges for a faster, more consistent product. It also improves the flowability of APIs with smooth particles.

BARETab® Flash

BARETab^® Flash is a co-processed excipient for enhanced disintegration effects. It offers optimized disintegration, excellent hardness, increased lubrication selectivity, and uniform particle size.

PureCoat®

Sigachi^® PureCoat^® is a fully-formulated, ready-to-mix film coating system. PureCoat® contains meticulous balanced concentrations for polymer, plasticizer, pigments, and opacifiers, to ensure a robust and reproducible film coating solution.

HiCel™

The HiCel™brand of MCC is a spray-dried directly compressible form of MCC. HiCel™ is available in several grades, which vary in their average particle size, moisture content, and bulk density, and is designed to also be used in liquids, suspensions, and topical formulations across a wide pH range.

HiCel™ 50M	MCC 101	Standard grade MCC – suitable for wet granulation with tablet hardness, low friability, and wide compatibility.
HiCel™ 90M	MCC 102	Medium-grade MCC – suitable for many directly compressible actives with good flow and faster disintegration.
HiCel™ LP200	MCC 200	Course-grade MCC. The large particle size combines compatibility and high binding properties with outstanding flowability.
HiCel™ XLM50		Same as HiCel™ 50M, but with <3.0% moisture for moisture sensitive actives and applications.
HiCel™ XLM90		Same as HiCel™ 90M, but with <1.5% moisture for water sensitive actives and applications.
