SupraCare™ 780 Additive
SupraCare™ 780 Additive is a multi-functional, non-ionic cellulosic derivative (methylhydroxyethylcellulose) from Dow that combines rheology and structuring benefits for cleaning formulations. Supplied as a white to off-white powder, it delivers high thickening efficiency (yield) in liquid detergents and improves binding, foam generation, and reduced mushiness in detergent bars. It is highly tolerant to electrolytes and, being non-ionic, is compatible with the majority of raw materials typically used in a formulation. Typical use levels range from 0.25–0.5% by weight.
