TRITON™ X-15 Surfactant
TRITON™ X-15 Surfactant is a 100% active, nonionic octylphenol ethoxylate surfactant designed primarily as an oil-soluble emulsifier, solubilizer, defoamer component, and chemical intermediate. With a very low HLB of 4.9 and excellent compatibility with both polar organic and non-polar solvents, it is particularly effective in applications requiring difficult-to-emulsify materials, pigment dispersion, and solvent-based formulations. It is insoluble in water, readily biodegradable, and compatible with anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants
