UCARE™ Polymer JR-400 is a water-soluble, cationic, multifunctional conditioning polymer having a cellulosic backbone derived from natural, renewable resources, such as cotton or wood. It enables clear formulations with enhanced volume and no build-up on hair. It can be used with or without silicones and it is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. UCARE™ Polymer JR-400 delivers medium conditioning to hair and a controlled deposition of silicones and other benefit agents.
