Micellar Casein Isolate (MCI)

MCI is a pure dairy protein filtered directly from Grade A milk with minimal processing. It offers a clean flavor profile and exceptional functional properties due to its optimized casein to native whey protein ratio (95:5). MCI provides superior emulsification, heat stability, and low foam capability. It also has excellent wetting properties, making it ideal for dairy products like cheese and yogurt. As a slow-digesting protein, MCI offers an extended release of amino acids, making it perfect for sports and adult nutrition products.

Clear PRO 90^™

Clear PRO 90^™ is a functional whey protein isolate designed specifically for high-acid clear beverage applications. It is derived from sweet dairy whey and is manufactured by proprietary acidification and filtration processes. Clear PRO 90™ offers many functional & processing benefits, including high heat and acid stability, high clarity and low turbidity in acid conditions, and clean flavor with low astringency.

MP PRO C80™ (Microparticulated Whey Protein Concentrate)

MP PRO C80™ is a microparticulated whey protein concentrate that provides a uniform particle size that can be used as a fat replacement or mimicking in certain applications. With a decreased tendency to aggregate and gel, it has low viscosity at high protein fortification levels.

BarLife^™

BarLife™ is a proprietary blend of concentrated dairy proteins specifically designed for high protein nutrition bars. This specialized blend offers unique functionality by enhancing bar softness and elevating the sensorial properties throughout the bar’s shelf life. Protein aggregation is one of the causes of bar hardening throughout storage. This protein blend is designed to minimize moisture migration, thus reducing protein aggregation.

BarLife™ outperforms its competitors, proving to be two to three times softer during shelf life trials. After one year of shelf life, BarLife™ has equal to or better texture compared to the competitors at the start.

WPC34 is obtained through ultrafiltration to a 34% protein content with a light cream color, clean flavor, and neutral aroma. The combination of dairy protein, carbohydrates, and high mineral content makes WPC34 an excellent nutritional fortifier. Standardized to 34% protein content, WPC34 is a suitable substitute for NFDM powder in many applications.
