AMPHISOL® K by DSM is an oil-in-water emulsifier designed to meet the high stability needs of challenging and complex formulations like sunscreens, skincare, and make-up formulations. Its exclusive microdomains technology allows formulators to stabilize the most versatile combinations of personal care ingredients, even those with high loads of pigment and high contents of oil, ethanol, and electrolytes. This emulsifier ingredient provides flexibility to formulate various types of products, from creams to sprays and mousses. AMPHISOL® K has proven performance in the most challenging formulations and can be used as a co-emulsifier to rescue and beautify your challenging make-up, skincare, and sun care formulations.

BioEstolide™ 30, 250 & 1300 from Biosynthetic Technologies is a plant-based emollient range with enhanced stability properties, exceptional moisturization characteristics, and a light, satiny feel. This unique patented ester is made from natural seed oils and delivers enhanced performance properties for personal care formulations.

CELLOSIZE™ HEC by Dow is a range of biobased thickeners. Specifically growing in products claiming a natural positioning, such as “good compatibility with natural oils” as well as shine and moisturizing benefits. CELLOSIZE™ HEC thickeners modestly stabilize foam by increasing rheology in the foam lamellae. CELLOSIZE™ HEC thickeners have a high tolerance to salt when compared with other water-soluble cellulose derivates. CELLOSIZE™HEC thickeners, once hydrated, can be used in personal care formulations within a range of pH 3 to 10.

LexFeel® Natural by INOLEX is an extremely light and dry 100% natural non-palm emollient. LexFeel® Natural can be used in sunscreens, moisturizers, lotions, hair care formulations, color cosmetics and antiperspirants/deodorants. It is a natural alternative to synthetic fluids such as cyclomethicone and mineral oils.

It can also be combined with natural oils to reduce the greasiness of such materials. LexFeel® Natural contains 100% biobased content as certified by the USDA BioPreferred® Program, is COSMOS approved, and is approved for use in NSF/ANSI 305 certified personal care products.

LexFeel® WOW-A by INOLEX is a 100% plant-based, fast spreading, partially volatile emollient with comparable aesthetics to cyclotetrasiloxane and cyclopentasiloxane. With a silicone like initial feel, LexFeel® WOW-A is a light fluid, that absorbs quickly and provides a slight cushion with a soft after-feel. It is non-oily and non-greasy lubricious fluid that can be used to reduce the heavy feel of formulations. This fast-spreading emollient helps emulsions spread homogeneously and uniformly to provide even coverage. LexFeel® WOW-A is an excellent pigment wetting agent with a luxurious but light after-feel. It also improves spreading in skin and hair care formulations, significantly enhancing the overall sensory performance in final products. It can be used in color cosmetics, suncare, skincare, and hair care.

With an ultra-light and dry silicone like initial feel, LexFeel® WOW-A DT absorbs quickly and provides a unique after-feel that cascades from silky-to-powdery. It can be also be added to reduce the greasiness of formulations. LexFeel® WOW-A DT is an excellent pigment wetting agent with an exceptional after-feel and anti-whitening properties in antiperspirant applications. It can be used in color cosmetics, suncare, skin care, and hair care.

SustOleo™ TL by INOLEX is a non-palm, 100% natural solid emollient that provides unique textures and sensorial properties. SustOleo™ TL is a powder-like solid that absorbs rapidly for a fast dry effect and leaves behind a unique light and powdery after-feel. In powder formulations, SustOleo™ TL prevents clumping and provides an easy spreading soft & smooth powder texture. It can be used in emulsions and solid formats in skin care, hair care, sun care, and color cosmetics applications.

Versagel® HSQ by Penreco product offers a silicone-free alternative to oil-based and emulsion formulas. The gelled structure is based on Hemisqualane (C13-15 Alkane) combined with patented block copolymer technology. Hemisqualane is a non-volatile emollient derived from plant sugar and is inherently biodegradable, ECOCERT-approved, NPA Natural Seal Certified, and a USDA Certified bio-based product. It provides a light, non-greasy and silky feel, and serves as an effective alternative to petroleum and silicone- based ingredients. The gelled version provides additional benefits of a rheology modifier and a suspension agent for a wide range of cosmetic and personal care applications.
