Aroma Ingredients

Antioxidants
Lipid oxidation significantly impacts the flavor, odor, and color of food. There are many factors which contribute to such an occurrence including the presence of oxygen, fatty acid composition, and a variety of unsuitable processing, packaging, and storing conditions.
The addition of an antioxidant stops the chain reaction of oxidation from happening and engages the attention of attacking oxygen molecules through a process called 'scavenging free radicals." So, the antioxidant added does help it taste better for longer.

adorr™ Vanillin Premium
Vanillin is a masking agent and helps mask the aftertaste of proteins and high-intensity sweeteners such as stevia. Vanillin increases sweetness perception and rounds out the flavor profiles enhancing other desirable flavors such as fruit and brown flavor notes.
